He became the leader of his fellow countrymen in driving the conquerors from his beloved country. Don Papa Baroko comes from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago. The heroes of the revolution are honoured with this exceptional rum. It is refined from high quality sugar cane, which grows in extremely fertile volcanic soils and then matures in oak barrels. Only the best and most valuable barrels are selected from the warehouse for the Baroko, in order to bring out the fruit and especially vanilla aromas in the best possible way in this limited edition. With a shot of local cane sugar, which is supposed to further emphasize these aromas, this molasses rum then becomes a truly exceptional creation.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber.
